How to Get Your Westpac Card Balance. It's Easy!

Online

Visit www.westpac.com.au and log in (after you have registered for Westpac LIVE)

To register for Westpac LIVE:

  • Call Westpac on 1300 650 107
  • Quote your Customer ID (Advantage has sent you this information. Otherwise, request details again at westpac@salary.com.au)
  • Have your card(s) handy
  • Your account balance will also be shown on the Advantage App and our website. We strongly recommend your download the Advantage App today.

Call Westpac on 1300 650 107 (do not call Advantage).

Have your card and Customer ID handy. If you don't know your Customer ID, contact Advantage at westpac@salary.com.au

ATM Account Balance

You can view your balance at any Westpac ATM. You will need your PIN. Cash withdrawals are not permitted with this card.

Payments

Payment will be made no later than the next business day after Advantage processes payments. Advantage do not process payments are made on National holidays (eg. Christmas, New Year, Easter, ANZAC day).

How to Get an ANZ Fast Balance until 1 July, 2017: Two easy options:

  1. Online
  2. Phone.To obtain your account balance over the phone:
    • Call ANZ on 1800 614 741 (do not call Advantage)
    • press 1
    • Enter your 16 digit card number, press #
    • Enter your 3 digit CVV number (on the back of your card), press #

ATM Account Balance

You can view your balance at any ANZ ATM. You will need your PIN. Cash withdrawals are not permitted with this card.

Free SMS - Confirmation of Payment

A free SMS will be sent to cardholders upon each payment. This SMS will include your account balance. If you have not provided Advantage your mobile number, please contact us (include your name, Package Number, employer).

Payments are made between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Payment will normally be made the next business day after Advantage process payments. No payments are made on National holidays (eg. Christmas, New Year, Easter, ANZAC day).
